First, the appearance is examined to determine the grade of our phones. Grades only concern appearance: is it like new, does it have a bit of wear that isn't visible from more than 30 cm away, or can you tell it has lived a little?

Next, our specialists inspect every function of the phone and its parts. In total, 80+ points are checked: battery, microphone, Bluetooth… If needed, we replace parts, but whatever your phone's grade, you can be sure everything works like new.
